  • New Annex Vegetative propagating material

    The New Annex for Vegetative propagating material is published. The Annex is valid from 1 November 2020.

     

    Flowerbulbs for flower production of gladiolus, dahlia, hyacinth, tulip, daffodil/narcissus and crocus are included in the National Annex. This means that derogation is not possible.

    Plum, cherry (sweet and sour), avenue trees and longcanes of raspberrry and blackberry have been moved from category 3 to 2 because organic supply is available.

    Flowerbulbs for flower production of Lily, Allium, Calla, Freesia, Fritillaria, Muscari and Scilla, as well as herbacious perennials are new crops in category 2.

  • New Annex Vegetable and Fruit crops covered cultivation

    The new Annex for Vegetable and Fruit crops covered cultivation is published. The Annex is valid from 7 October 2020 to 1 October 2021.

    Babyleaf lettuce is now included in category 2. This means that there are valid reasons needed for the granting of derogation.

    Tomato truss/large (> 130 g) is new in category 2.

    The New Annex 2020 vegetables open cultivation has been published. The Annex is valid from 1 January 2020. Crimson clover and Brussels sprouts early (harvest until November) have been moved to category 1. This means that no derogation is possible. Brussels sprouts other is still in category 2. This means that there are valid reasons needed for the granting of derogation.

    The new Annex 2020 for Agricultural crops has been published. The Annex is valid from 1 January 2020. Sunflower (other, no cut flowers) and Crimson clover have been moved to category 1. This means that no derogation is possible.
